DESIGN
Watership hats enhance visibility and optimize sun and weather protection. Breathability, warmth, weight and water repellency are factored for best performance in the variety of seasons and climates. Our products also have a wide range of properties including preshrunk washability, flotation, or quick drying to name a few.
FABRICS
Canvas: 10 oz. and 15 oz. cotton canvas is best for all around comfort, wearabiliy, and has solor protection factor over 30. Pre-washed to reduce shrinkage and add softness.

Burlington Performance Fabrics: "Performance Fabrics" from Burlington---M.C.S. BLOCKER--- makes great hats with its lightweight Sun Protection Factor 30 and aerobic action Moisture Control System---breathable and quick drying.

Wax Cotton: This traditional composite of natural materials makes a hat that is extremely water repellent. Our hats made with wax cotton are increasingly popular in spite of the advent of technical synthetic fabrics.

Hemp Canvas: Hemp is woven to produce a strong, lightweight fabric that is long lasting and effective at diffusing UV radiation. This hardy plant can be grown without pesticides or fertilizer and is an important renewable resource.

Technical Fabrics: Our high quality, lightweight technical hats are constructed with waterproof, breathable Sympatex and Stormtech. Heat-welded seam tape is applied to assure waterproof quality.

Cordura: Soft, durable, water resistant fabric with excellent UV protection.
